811\810 Carbonized Fiber Packing & Filling Ring
Structure and feature: It is a cord shaped product made
by compounding PTFE and carbonized cord carbonaceous fiber
woven by feed-through braiding. This kind of product has
performances of good heat exchange, wearing-resistance,
chemical stability, high mechanical strength, and good self-lubricating
and less torsion space. The frictional heat is emitted easily
at the sealing place with high speed running. This kind
of packing has longer working life and is an ideal material
for various motion & motionless sealing.

807 Ceramic Fiber Packing

sealing, such as filling up the gap between firebrick and

firebox etc..It can be resistant for the high temperature

806 Glass Fiber Packing
The glass fiber has the advantage for
higher strength, better heat-resistant and lower price etc.
But, it is taboo due to its inadequate adsorbing characters
and higher hardness. It becomes possible only to make glass
fiber packing till to appearance of dilated glass fiber.
This is because of that there are lot of divarications on
glass fiber with fluffy structure, bigger than surface area
so that the adsorbent character is clearly improved. And
finally its frictional coefficient is reduced through being
pickled by PTFE latex or silicone oil.
As the glass fiber has performances of better heat-resistant
and acid-resistant, it can be used for shafts and valves
with lower speed.
