Type 809 Liquid(soft) Packing

    Type 809 injecting soft packing is a mud shaped packing compounded as per the strict technology, adopting imported special type sealant, lubricant and fiber with high strength. It has better performances on resistance for acid, alkali and chemical solvents. With its good smooth handle, better heat dissipating, non-pollution to mediums and convenient & easy installation, it is the up-to-date product of upgrade and change of generation for packing sealing.

3, Installation and usage
The installation for type 809 soft packing adopts manual hydraulic gun, which can generate a high pressure up to 700bar. By it, the soft packing is injected into packing case through a high-speed link pipe to fill the gap in it so as to realize the complete sealing. Only one set of hydraulic filling tool that user equips simply, the installations and maintains for all equipments should be sufficed. Two ends of the packing case adopt the type 811 block-ring made by our factory, using for propping up the soft packing and playing a part in assistant sealing at one time. When changing the soft packing, the good sealing can be realized while it is not necessary to reform complicatedly the equipments.
4,Sealing principle
In the process of the shaft’s spinning, the fibers of type 809 soft packing are “twisted” on it, and they spin together with the shaft in-phase, forming a spinning layer. Due to that a relative motionless keeps between the part of packing not “twisted” together with the shaft and case inner, “a immobile layer” is formed, thus play a part in sealing effect with no wearing and tearing to the shaft.
