Sealing Gasket)
The bulked PTFE sealing belt (strip) is a novel PTFE product, which is produced by
special technology adopting pure PTFE dispersed resin. This
kind of sealing belt still retains the PTFE's excellent performance
of resistance to chemical corrosion, moreover, it not only
has the best flexibility and compressing rebound resilience,
good specific characteristic of resistance to slow changing
& cold flow, but also has higher strength of anti-pulling.

Taking pure
PTFE powder for raw material,all sorts of panel products are
produced by pressurizing and agglomerating.According to the
actual geometric shape and detailed size of sealing place,the
column and tubing products are processed by adopting different
processing methods.The pure PTFE gasket has excellent chemical
steady and good corrosion-resisting to different mediums.PH
value is 0-14(except melt-out metal,alkali and fluorine under
high temperature and pressure).It also has good performance
of temperature-resisting that it is still able to have good
mechanic strength between -185~260℃.
Note:when the temperature is below -185℃,the PTFE gasket may
be embrittled.The pure PTFE gasket is a kind of clear sealing
material by which?no pollution to any matters contacted with
it.It can be used widely for industries of food and ?medicines
etc..
