Established
in 1986, Qingdao Primix Seal Material Co.,Ltd has organized one after
another several economic entities such as Qingdao Greenleaf Rubber
Co., Ltd., Qingdao Greenleaf Scientific & Technological Development
Co., Ltd., Qingdao Mapleleaf Environmental Protection Technology Co.,
Ltd. by the difficult carving out for near 20 years.
Qingdao Primix Seal Material Co.,Ltd specially
produces all sorts of sealing materials. Under the efforts of our
technical personnel, many kinds of superior quality sealing materials
substituted for imported products have been developed and produced,
in which the type 801 packing used specially for valves has obtained
the national patent certificate for practicable and new type. The
packing series produced by the factory mainly include: carbon fiber
packing with graphite, packing used specially for medium and high
pressure valves, various packing series used for pump, carbonaceous
fiber packing series, aramid fibers packing series, graphite packing,
PTFE packing series, etc. The products of gasket series mainly include:
high strength graphite gasket, metal spiral wound gasket, metal gasket,
wave dentiform gasket, heterotypic gasket, asbestos gasket, PTFE gasket
etc.. There are near 50 sets of equipments for special purpose in
our factory, in which, the feed-through and jacketed braiding machine
with 24 spindles developed by ourselves as per the packing making
technology from Nippon Valqua Industries, Ltd., high strength &
stepless timing gasket cutting machine with clutch as well as twister
with digital control etc. are all in the lead in China.
The products produced in our factory have been
widely used in the industrial fields of petro-chemical, metallurgy,
machinery, thermo-electric, shipping, pharmacy, paper making etc.
Otherwise, As a member of China Friction & Sealing Materials Association,
technologies of our factory has stood in the lead level of the same
occupation in China. Our factory passed the authentication of ISO9001
in 2002.Our factory also have cooperated nearly in technology with
The University of Petroleum (East China). The products produced in
our factory have passed the special authentication by the Ministry
of Machinery of China.
There are more than 80 employees in our factory,
of which the intermediate & superior title technical personnel
are more than 20.
Our factory is located at piedmont of beautiful Laoshan Mountain.
